Production: precision and efficiency
In our production, scrap is an impressively low of the parts produced. This is the result of our ongoing efforts to achieve precision and quality. We maximize the efficiency of our manufacturing processes by optimizing chip formation and designing CNC programs to minimize material waste. We also recycle certain replacement tools to conserve resources and minimize waste.
Shipping: packaging with responsibility
For us, sustainability does not stop at shipping. We rely on recycling packaging material from incoming shipments. We also recycle received cardboard boxes and use packaging material made from recycled paper. By repackaging in corrugated cardboard, we minimize packaging waste and rely on environmentally friendly shipping solutions.
Purchasing: partnerships for sustainability
We maintain close relationships with our suppliers and prefer to source as many different products as possible from the same supplier. This not only reduces the environmental footprint, but also promotes sustainability along the entire supply chain.
Distribution: small orders, big responsibility
Our distribution policy includes a low-volume surcharge to avoid micro-orders below 100€. This allows us to minimize the environmental impact of small deliveries while offering sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
Products: Durability and sustainability
Our products are characterized by their exceptional durability. Most of our products last several years before they need to be replaced. We use environmentally compatible materials, consistently focus on reusability and avoid disposable products. At DUFNER, sustainability is at the heart of our product concept.
